US Debt Capital Markets 'DCM', is responsible for overseeing the origination and marketing of fixed income debt solutions for its clients, globally. The team's focus is on arranging a variety of public and private bond financing solutions across multiple currencies and credit markets. The DCM team is responsible for arranging and implementing unsecured public and private bond transactions for Lloyds' clients, globally. Through the provision of comprehensive advice on the structural and execution considerations, the candidate will provide analysis of an issuer's debt and capital mix, together with liability management advice related to any tendering / buyback initiatives that can be deployed. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Origination: Collaborate with Markets, Coverage, and Operations teams to deliver timely market insights and innovative structuring ideas for our US and international clients. Execution: Partner with Bond Syndicate, Credit Sales, Trading, and Corporate Risk Solutions to efficiently execute bond transactions. Work closely with London-based product partners to stay current on non-USD market trends and present clients with holistic funding solutionsincluding both domestic USD and international options. Drive seamless execution by coordinating with clients, rating agencies, legal counsel, peer banks, trustees, and internal credit and funding teams. Support new business by: Creating compelling pitch books, RfP responses, and marketing materials Tracking and sharing relevant market information Distributing periodic market updates to clients and internal teams Producing and maintaining management reports Contributing to LSI presentations for senior management Mentor junior team members, fostering their development with hands-on training and access to learning resources. Qualifications Education and experience required: Undergraduate degree, preferably in Finance or Business, or equivalent professional experience Basic understanding and awareness of the US bond markets and bond technicals Understanding of core credit analysis and knowledge of internal transaction processes and procedures Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across various business divisions and at different levels of seniority FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed or required to be acquired within a specified timeframe Key skills and knowledge: Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels and across different audiences Driven and proactive, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and consistently delivering results while seamlessly juggling multiple tasks. Excels at managing numerous projects and transactions at once, ensuring each receives thoughtful attention without compromising quality. Demonstrates exceptional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and effective time management to meet demanding deadlines. Produces precise and succinct work even when under tight time constraints, maintaining accuracy and clarity. Communicates confidently and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, adapting style to suit different audiences and settings. Highly skilled in key software applications, including MS Office and Bloomberg, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. Builds rapport and communicates effectively at all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and clarity across diverse teams. Salary Range: $145,000 175,000
