CNC Programmer

Job Description CNC Programmer About the Role: We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with a strong background in Mastercam and Hass milling machines to join our growing team based in Romulus, MI. Responsibilities: Program CNC mills using Mastercam Set up and operate Haas vertical and horizontal mills Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentation Perform part inspections and make adjustments to ensure tight tolerances Work closely with engineers, machinists, and team leads to optimize machining processes Maintain clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols Assist with CNC lathe work as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a job shop or manufacturing environment Proficient in Mastercam programming for milling applications Hands-on experience with Haas CNC milling machines Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools Strong understanding of machining speeds, feeds, and tooling Lathe experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay between $26 and $36, based on experience Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech automation shop Full-time, first-shift position with growth potential
