This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing-based office environment and take pride in accuracy and organization. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while ensuring all orders, documentation, and blueprints are entered accurately into our ERP system (Global Shop). Your role is critical in supporting production flow, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
