Your Day to Day as a Commercial Field Supervisor The Night Shift Commercial Field Supervisor at AC Sweepers & Maintenance plays a crucial role in overseeing on-site commercial sweeping operations during overnight hours. This position requires ensuring that all operators are well-prepared, equipment is in optimal working condition, and that all contracted services meet both company and client standards. You will actively monitor operator readiness, attendance, and route assignments to maintain consistent coverage. In addition to managing a hands-on team environment, you will support operators by providing coaching on techniques and efficiency. This role also involves conducting site checks, verifying GPS logs for accuracy, and swiftly addressing any operational issues or performance concerns. With a strong focus on safety compliance, you will collaborate with the Fleet team to ensure equipment readiness and assist in onboarding new operators. Effective communication is key as you will act as the first escalation point for any incidents, maintaining documentation of all shift variances. Are You a Good Fit for This Commercial Field Supervisor Job? To excel as a Night Shift Commercial Field Supervisor at AC Sweepers & Maintenance, candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sweeping, heavy equipment, or related operations, along with prior supervisory or lead role experience. A valid CDL is required, as you must perform all Operator II functions effectively. A strong understanding of commercial sweeping operations and the specific requirements of clients is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate must be able to handle overnight shifts consistently while demonstrating excellent problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills. Additionally, the physical capability to work in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate sweepers as necessary is crucial.
