Manager - Transaction Advisory ServicesAbout the Firm A boutique transaction advisory firm providing financial due diligence and Office of the CFO support to private equity firms, independent sponsors, and strategic buyers. The firm is recognized for senior-level execution, practical insights, and high-impact client service. Role Overview Managers lead the day-to-day execution of transaction engagements and serve as the primary client point of contact. This role combines technical diligence leadership, team management, and direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Office of the CFO support engagements Manage engagement scope, timelines, and deliverables Supervise and mentor Senior Associates and Associates Lead management interviews and client discussions Review analyses and draft client-facing reports Identify transaction issues and communicate insights clearly Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required 5-8 years of transaction advisory or financial due diligence experience Strong project management and client communication skills Proven ability to develop junior professionals Compensation & Benefits Attractive compensation package including base salary, performance-based bonus, and profit sharing Unlimited PTO Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with senior-level exposure
