Preferred Spanish speaking due to patient demographics. Daily hours will consist of outpatient duties from Tuesday to Thursday, with inpatient responsibilities on Sundays and Mondays. Responsibilities include assessing, evaluating, and implementing treatment plans for patients. Experience with post-operative cases, including total knee and total hip replacements, is essential. Competence in treating non-operative neck, low back, knee, and shoulder pain is required. Candidates should be knowledgeable in general deconditioning, balance and gait challenges, and neurological disorders. Ability to educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation plans is essential. The role may involve occasional floating to nearby facilities, so flexibility is necessary. Candidates must be prepared to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
