We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a high-precision manufacturing team supporting complex machined components. This individual will play a key role in programming, setup, and production machining on CNC mills and lathes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both programming and running their own parts. What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers for production and prototype work Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs at the machine and through CAM software (Mastercam experience highly preferred) Machine forgings, castings, and bar stock to tight tolerances Perform turning, drilling, tapping, boring, milling, slotting, grooving, threading, grinding and related operations Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and solid models Prove out new programs and collaborate on process improvements Select tooling and assist with fixture design when needed Use precision measuring instruments to verify part quality Maintain accurate production documentation Support and mentor operators as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For 4+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes) Strong setup experience - not just operator-level Ability to program using Mastercam and/or at the control Experience holding tight tolerances in a production environment Comfortable reading technical drawings and applying GD&T Working knowledge of trigonometry and machining math Experience with manual mills or lathes is a plus Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience preferred Requirements High School Diploma or GED Must be eligible to work in the U.S. under ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
