Working alongside experienced research professionals, you'll help bring studies to life-from participant recruitment through data collection-while learning the foundations of clinical research in a supportive, collaborative environment. In this role, you'll provide coordination and support studies in alignment with approved protocols, IRB requirements, and institutional policies. You'll assist with recruiting and consenting participants, collecting and managing study data, handling specimens, and maintaining accurate regulatory documentation. With guidance from senior coordinators and leadership, you'll follow established processes while gaining hands-on experience and growing your expertise. Apply today! Annual Salary Range: $46,155.20 - $68,078.40QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related medical/scientific field required. Master's degree is preferred and may substitute for required experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience: Must have 1-2 years of related healthcare experience, preferably in a large healthcare system, or prior clinical research experience. Specialized Training: Must have Human Subjects Protection Training or be able to obtain it within 14 days of hire. Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current valid Arizona Driver's License. Prefer SOCRA certification as Certified Clinical Research Professional; or ACRP/APCR certification as a CRA, CRC or PI. Must be BLS certified through an approved American Heart Association training center upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. Must be proficient in medical terminology. Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications. Requires excellent project management skills and interpersonal communication abilities. Must have the ability to travel. Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Experience with venipuncture preferred but not required.
