Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience. - Required certifications/licenses: - Lymphedema certification - Georgia OT license (GA or Compact license must be in hand at submittal) - BLS Certification - NBCOT Certification - Key clinical skills: - Lymphedema management and compression support - Outpatient adult rehabilitation (assessment, evaluation, POC, reassessments, discharge) - Splinting (static/dynamic/functional), transfers/lifting, adaptive equipment assessment - Patient/family education, safety/injury prevention - Charting: Experience with Epic required. Roles & Responsibilities - Provide assessment and treatment for patients with lymphedema and other conditions. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. - Educate patients and families on management strategies for lymphedema and associated disorders. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care outcomes. - Conduct regular reassessments and modify treatment plans as needed. Compliance / Notes - Orientation: 4 hours listed; non-billable orientation/modules vary by contract length. - Compliance required to start on time; delayed compliance may push start by ~2 weeks. - Holiday Policy: If 1 major holiday falls in assignment, expected to work it; if 2, expected to work both; if 3, expected to work two (limited holiday RTO exceptions). - Modules are non-billable and completed during orientation.
