Over 300,000 families have put their dreams in our hands, and you can as well. The Sourcing Analyst will play a key role as part of the supply chain team in product development and sourcing. Through research, analysis and vendor management, the Analyst will help to identify quality building materials and home products that can be delivered in a timely fashion to our homes while realizing cost savings. As part of these efforts, the associate will analyze how various products fit into our company's high standards, how each sourcing decision impacts profitability and how we can work with our vendors and internal operational partners to ensure the products arrive safely at our home building sites. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline is required. Professional experience, such as internships, externships and part-time jobs in Product Development, Product Category Management, Merchandising or Sales is required. Experience in a wide range of consumer products such as case goods, lighting and plumbing finish items in a manufacturing, retail or distribution environment is preferred. 2+ years professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required. K.
