Chip/EDA Software Intern

Software Intern Opportunity We're hiring a passionate software intern with VLSI experience and strong coding skills to build our chip design copilot with us. This is an in-person role at our Mountain View office, and can be either part-time or full-time. This may transition into a full-time role. What You'll Do: Build/ship critical EDA software (Python/C++) to Silimate's 10+ chip/IP customers (unicorns & enterprises) Be a liaison with some of our tooling partners Collaborate directly with the founders on key engineering design decisions Minimum Requirements: Available for at 15-40 hours/week in-person in Mountain View, CA Excited to contribute to core product for a fast-moving AI EDA startup Good at writing/shipping high-quality code (Python/C++) quickly Basic VLSI experience (coursework or projects) Resilient, data-driven, and works from first principles Benefits: Generous salary Commuting stipend Team meals Apply to chat with the founders about the details!
