Addiction Therapist | Licensed Outpatient Clinician

Join a compassionate team as an Addiction Therapist providing essential outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and delivering individualized treatment through individual, family, group, and in-home therapy sessions. You will also perform utilization reviews, determine appropriate levels of care, and maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation. Education: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Experience: Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness or emotional disturbances, with a strong background in managing treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued. Requirements: Must hold a BSRB Master's Level Clinician license and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification. Additional qualifications include training as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and a valid driver's license. Substance Use Disorder licensure and clinical-level BSRB licensure are preferred.
