Construction Superintendent - Commercial

The Role - Superintendent Role: Collaborate with Project Manager and oversee subcontractors on site to ensure timely completion of Activities as per established construction schedule and contract Responsibilities: lead and manage on-site construction team, coordinate and oversee all work onsite, ensure quality standards are met, attend meetings with client, vendors and external partners, monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness, oversee assistant site superintendent in issues of daily field reports, RFIs, conduct inspections as required per local jurisdictional requirements, Ensure daily work reports and work plans are current, update project schedule, manage priorities and meet milestones, Ensure deficiencies are managed and corrected to company standards. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial or residential construction industry as a Superintendent Strong leaderships skills and experience managing construction sites Ability to demonstrate successfully completed projects Proficient in plan reading, architectural & MEP, millwork details. Good computer skills and solid knowledge of MS Project High level of availability Sense of urgency Strong decision-making skills and shows good judgement Salary Package $100K - $105k Base Per diem $60 per day + truck and hotel.
