Outreach Coordinator For Baby College Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Outreach Worker to join the Baby College Department. The Outreach Coordinator will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life. The Baby College is a program that addresses the needs of children between the ages of 0 through 3 and is a critical piece of our early intervention work. It is our goal to provide families with both a range of information and the support necessary to raise happy and healthy children who enter school ready to learn. The Baby College is seeking a full-time Outreach Coordinator to manage and develop our outreach team, comprising outreach workers, and recruit new clients for our parenting program. Outreach strategies, including door-to-door solicitation, engaging and retaining parents, and supervising the Outreach team's case management.
