Senior Finance Manager - AMS HPS Services Description - Job Summary Lead the engine room of HP Solutions Services in the Americas. As our AMS Services Manager , you'll drive double-digit services growth by scaling Digital & Managed Services, embedding AI-powered platforms like WXP, and raising attach and p-rate across our commercial portfolio-translating pipeline into TCV, revenue, and margin while shaping the Future of Work for our customers. HP Solutions is a global business unit of HP Inc. delivering software and services across the device lifecycle-Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), Managed & Professional Services, Collaboration, and Support-helping customers remove digital friction and scale productivity. Responsibilities Own AMS Services performance for your market cluster: TCV, orders, revenue, OGM-weekly MOR cadence, flash, and game-plan execution. Build and convert a balanced funnel across LCS (Care Packs, Configuration, Refurb), MDS/MCS, and Digital (WXP, Collaboration, Wolf Security, Anyware); optimize attach and p-rate, and improve linearity. Orchestrate large pursuits and renewals with Category, MSD Delivery, and Finance-drive SOAR/OMS approvals, risk assessments, pricing, and contractual governance to signature. Lead monthly market-ops reviews: status to quota, pipeline health, risk/upsides, CS cost tracking, and actions across print & PS services portfolios. Partner with Delivery/ Operations on execution quality-unbilled clean-ups, credits/rebills, invoice accuracy, and escalations until cash. Drive cross-border services motions (Care Pack relocations, multi-country deals) ensuring compliant revenue/cost transfer and local execution readiness. Champion digital-first offers (e.g., WXP adoption plans, device registration services) with clear RTM, SLA, and margin guardrails. Represent AMS in executive readouts with HP Solutions leadership; communicate progress against FY26 objectives and market strategy. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 7-10+ years in services P&L ownership (TCV, revenue, OGM), ideally in managed/DaaS, MPS, or digital services. Proven pipeline leadership-building, validating, and converting enterprise services funnels with weekly cadence (MOR/game plan). Cross-functional leadership with Category, Delivery/ Operations, Finance, and Legal to accelerate deal velocity and resolve operational blockers. Executive-ready communication; ability to translate data into actions and tell a compelling growth story. The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
