CNC Programmer / Quotes Specialist - $30-$35/hr DOE! This position is a direct hire opportunity! Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Programmer / Quotes Specialist for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $30-$35/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire! Responsibilities:Opportunity and Pipeline Support Help identify and develop new business opportunities. Review technical specifications and engineering drawings to support opportunity assessments. Provide expert guidance on materials, machining processes, and applications for both internal teams and customers. Machining Quoting and Order Management Prepare accurate quotes for finished machined parts based on customer drawings or 3D models. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quotes reflect technical requirements and customer expectations. Review purchase orders for accuracy and assist in converting approved quotes into active orders. Communicate order updates to maintain transparency and support a smooth handoff from quoting to production. Machining Production Support Provide hands-on support for resolving production challenges; identify root causes and implement long-term solutions. Oversee the machining production schedule, coordinating daily maintenance, preventative service, and necessary equipment repairs. Inspect finished components to confirm they meet dimensional and quality standards. Perform part coding, machine operation, and quality checks; lead investigations for nonconforming parts and drive corrective actions. Location: Sturtevant, WI Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM Qualifications: Experience operating and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated machining equipment (CNC lathes, CNC mills, etc.); familiarity with GibbsCAM or similar software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM, and ERP systems; experience with CAM software and G-code is a plus. Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Strong understanding of metals and other machining materials. Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities. Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Self-motivated professional with a positive, solution-oriented approach. Team-oriented with the ability to lead or support as needed. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
