Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work side by side with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and their families in therapy approaches that encourage continued progress beyond the therapy setting. Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that patients remain on the path to success.
