Education Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is highly encouraged and supported. Required Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
