You'll run the service and rental business for the region with direct visibility to executive leadership and the autonomy to make it better.What You'll Own Lead and develop a service and rental team (1-30 direct reports) Drive daily operations, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demand Own service and rental revenue performance , forecasting, and cost control Build and strengthen customer relationships across key accounts Support contract development, pricing strategy, and business growth Ensure the right parts, equipment, and resources are in place to keep operations running Safety & Quality (Non-Negotiable) Champion a strong QHSE culture across the organization Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory safety standards Lead incident prevention, reporting, and continuous improvement Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer or quality issues Why Leaders Take This Role High autonomy .
