Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to: Review work orders, product specifications, and engineering requirements to complete mechanical and electrical assembly accurately Assemble components using hand tools, drill, rivet gun, saw, drill press, and hy-pot tester while meeting quality standards Install wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components according to wiring diagrams and blueprints Perform visual inspections, quality checks, and foam completed cabinets per engineering specifications before moving units to the next workstation Candidates for Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered: High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of manufacturing or product assembly experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, part numbers, and work instructions Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs and perform standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks Basic computer skills or willingness to learn What's in this Assembly Operator position for you? Pay: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday Training start time: 8:00 AM (first 3 days) Regular start time: 5:00 AM (ending at 1:30 PM) or 6:00 AM (ending at 2:30 PM) Overtime may include 9-10 hour shifts and occasional Saturdays (advance notice provided) Weekly paycheck Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Additional Details: This is an onsite, light industrial, temp-to-perm opportunity based on budget, performance, and attendance.
