Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 893 HOPE WAY City: ALTAMONTE SPRINGS State: Florida Postal Code: 32714 Job Description: Partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Develops strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled, new programs are staffed, and retirement replacements are planned. Uses external scanning tools to understand the labor market and educate hiring managers on market conditions. Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs). Sources and recruits candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake. Interviews candidates using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, reviews resumes and credentials, and assesses mission fit and qualifications. Prepares salary offers and obtains hiring manager approvals. Extends job offers, including sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, anticipating counter offers as necessary. Maintains knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Oversees Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure timely interview scheduling and onboarding activities for on-time candidate start dates. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with Applicant tracking systems [Required] Excels with Microsoft Office Suite [Required] Excels in social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards [Required] Education: Associate [Required] Bachelor's [Preferred] Field of Study: Work Experience: 2+ recruiting/sourcing experience [Required] Healthcare experience [Preferred] RPO experience[Preferred] Additional Information: An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:- Associates degree and 2+ years of experience OR - High School Grad or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
