Now Hiring Weekend Drivers at Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment is a drug and alcohol treatment center located in Greenville (Withdrawal Management) and Linesville (Clinically Managed Residential), PA that offers individualized treatment using evidence-based practices to those struggling with addiction to leave our facility with the coping skills and knowledge to live a better, healthier lifestyle. To meet the needs of our clients, our treatment facility is open 24/7. Alpine Springs is seeking candidates who are empathetic and passionate about helping others in a time of need. Position's Scope The Driver position provides transportation for Alpine Springs clients. Responsibilities: Transport clients and/or material belongings in company vehicle. Ensure clients confidentiality at all times. Performs additional duties as assigned. Competencies: Ability to read and follow directions. Ability to function a GPS. Ability to communicate via cell phone with admissions coordinator. Ability to work flexible hours; facility is open 24/7. Job Type: Per-Diem position (casual, as needed). Pay: Starting regular base pay is $13/per hour PLUS hourly incentive of $20/hr added to the regular base pay for any client pick-up trips scheduled on the weekends between Saturday 7AM to Monday 7AM; must complete any client pick-ups on the weekends between Sat 7AM to Mon 7AM to qualify for the $20 extra per hour incentive. Work Schedule and Hours: This job type is casual, as needed (Per-Diem). The facility is open 24/7, this job is needed primarily on the weekends (as scheduled) but must be flexible as most of the scheduled driving occurs Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm. Occasional trips to NY or OH. Qualifications and Requirements: High school graduate or GED. Valid driver's license. Minimum 3-year safe driving record. Proficient Computer Skills CPR/First Aid and Narcan certification (preferred but will train). Flexibility (facility is open 24/7) Great interpersonal and communication skills.
