Shift Leader In Training Worksite Location: New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 Number of Openings: 6 Role Overview - Shift Leader In Training: This role is ideal for individuals with people leadership or restaurant leadership experience who are ready to grow into a Chick-fil-A Shift Leader. Shift Leaders in Training gain hands-on experience across Front of House or Back of House operations, team development, and guest servicepreparing them for full front-line leadership responsibilities. Daily Responsibilities & Duties: Lead and actively serve in day-to-day restaurant operations across all areas. Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs, resolving issues efficiently. Run team member breaks, set the tone for each shift, and serve as a role model for team upholding core values of hospitality, integrity, excellence, and care. Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and responsibly manage key-holder duties. Execute cash counts for tills and end-of-day closing procedures. Support other business needs, including catering and special requests. Communicate effectively with leadership and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are consistently maintained throughout operations.
