The Opportunity As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your extensive expertise in end-to-end procurement and ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities. Your leadership will guide a team of consultants to execute innovative procurement strategies that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and offer strategic guidance that aligns with their procurement objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of orchestration solutions enabled by ServiceNow. Work alongside ServiceNow technology consultants to ensure seamless integration of business and technical solutions. Evaluate client procurement needs and develop targeted strategies to enhance performance. Implement AI-driven procurement solutions that optimize decision-making and streamline processes. Conduct workshops and training that emphasize best practices in procurement. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success and high levels of client satisfaction. Provide insights on procurement optimization and orchestration strategies. Identify new business opportunities and support initiatives for continuous improvement. Ensure that all designed processes comply with procurement regulations and policies. Mentor and support team members in process design and implementation best practices. Skills and Attributes for Success Ability to think holistically across people, processes, data, and technology to create innovative solutions. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in business process design, procurement consulting, or ServiceNow S2P. Proven expertise in procurement processes and best practices. Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow and its procurement solutions. Experience in developing solutions for operational efficiency or digital transformation. Base salary range for this position is $128,400 to $235,300, with consideration for geography and qualifications. Our expectation is that team members work together in person 40-60% of the time on engagements.
