Provides training on post-injury management protocols and procedures. Ensures reasons for reoccurrence are addressed to prevent future injuries. Analyzes event reports to identify trends and commonalities. Maintains accurate records of post-injury management activities and outcomes. Administers post-injury management programs, including return-to-work policies. Coordinates discussions on medical restrictions, reasonable accommodations, job re-assignment, and potential outcomes. Monitors leaves and restricted work to ensure compliance and effective management. Partners with managers to arrange return-to-work plans and alternative work arrangements. Conducts data analysis to support organizational goals and improve program effectiveness. Advocates for injured associates throughout the medical management process.
