Customer Care Representative I PharMerica is hiring a Full-Time Customer Care Specialist Technician in Vancouver, WA! Join our closed-door pharmacy team where you'll work in a non-retail environment, dedicated to meeting the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care and senior living clients. Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Post Training Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 12:30 p.m.-11 p.m. Requirement: Pharmacy Assistant License. Preference: Pharmacy Technician License. Medical, dental, vision insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (up to $5,000 for childcare) Tuition discounts & reimbursement 401(k) Company Paid Time OffShift Differential DailyPay Pet Insurance Employee wellness and discount programs Benefits may vary by employment status Responsibilities How you will benefit: Supportive team with room to work independently Ongoing training and career growth Advancement opportunities in a growing company Referral bonuses We cover Pharmacy Technician license fees (new hires & current staff eligible) As a Customer Care Specialist you will: Core Responsibilities Answer all incoming contact center calls within 3 rings (18 seconds) Document call details accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures Provide information on products, services, retail locations, and general service line inquiries based on customer needs Meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics Resolve customer complaints and support effective problem-solving Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up when necessary Key Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities Customer-service oriented with clear, professional verbal and written communication Active listener who can remain calm and effective in high-pressure environments Flexible with job duties and adaptable to varying hours of operation Qualifications High school diploma and 2 years of call center experience, or 2 years of related experience that includes at least 6 months in a fast-paced work environment. Associate degree (or higher) and 1 year of call center experience, or 2 years of exact work experience. Exact experience refers to working in a customer-facing role within home care (HME, IV, or home health). Knowledge of medical terminology, claims, and accounts receivable is preferred. Related experience includes customer service roles in healthcare, financial services, insurance, claims, billing, or a call center environment.
