Integrity We operate with ethical standards and respect.Position SummaryThe Practice Group Manager provides onsite leadership, operational oversight, and supportive guidance to clinicians and administrative staff across assigned locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Oversee daytoday operations and ensure efficiency. Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and workflow outcomes. Ensure implementation of clinical processes including diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy, and telehealth workflows. Collaborate with leadership to optimize clinician capacity and patient access.Team & Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor administrative team members. Provide performance evaluations and coaching. Foster a positive culture aligned with Salt & Light values.Clinician Support: Support onboarding and integration of new clinicians. Provide administrative guidance for scheduling, documentation, and workflow. Coordinate with clinical leadership to uphold best practices and documentation standards.Client Experience: Manage escalated patient concerns with compassion and professionalism.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree + 3+ years healthcare leadership OR 5+ years equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
