Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Gloucester, MA, 01930 Start Date: ASAP Payrate: $40 - $45/hr Contract Length: 4-8 weeks (with potential for extension) Schedule: 5 days/week, rotating weekends possible Available Shifts: Day: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overnight: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Role Overview: We're seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support residents in a long-term care facility. This is a contract or PRN opportunity ideal for nurses looking for flexibility, great teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships. Key Responsibilities: Perform resident assessments and develop/update care plans Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Monitor and report changes in resident conditions Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff Document all care accurately using EMR systems Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting Requirements: Active RN license in Massachusetts Current CPR/BLS certification At least 1 year of recent SNF experience Proficiency with EMR documentation Availability for scheduled shifts, including weekends Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills Why Join Us?
