Length: 12-month initial contract Location: Tempe, AZ - hybrid Supply Chain Analysts improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis, process improvements, and functional system support. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of supply chain functions and exceptional analytics skills. Use of interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain is desired. Immediate supplier management duties will include supplier onboarding, updates and maintaining supplier data accuracy. Supplier Management experience preferred. Other duties in the near term will include: Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. Analyze and identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Develop key performance indicators for supply chain operations and measure performance and reporting. Understand how systems work from a functional standpoint and assist with requirements gathering and testing for IT upgrades or projects. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and other support groups (i.e IT, Accounts Payable, Cyber, Risk Management, Corporate Taxes, etc.) Strong understanding of and the ability to work closely with Purchasing, Logistics & Materials Management, and Investment Recovery. Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Maximo work management functionality. Pull and analyze data from systems such as SAP, Aravo, Service Now & Maximo. Understanding of the Organization’s policies, procedures, and standards. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI. Great communication skills and ability to work well with others.
