Clinical Supervisor for Assessment LCADC, CCS 115 Union and Middlesex Counties Salary: $60,000-$68,000 Responsibilities: Supervisory experience in the field of addiction, 5 years experience utilizing clinical, evidenced based tools in making sound clinical decisions, skilled in clinical reasoning, listening and excellent communication skills. Technology savvy, use of software and Microsoft office tools. Clinical documentation Knowledge in performance management and team development (supervisory skills) and ability to organize and manage time and multi-task. Supervision of staff, staff development, training, direct service to clients and record review. Ability to work in a diverse fast paced environment.
