Manage and enhance SAP ERP (R/3 and S/4HANA) systems for Hankook Tire America Corp., overseeing SCM (Supply Chain Management) and FCM (Finance and Controlling Management) modules by performing system configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting technical issues.
