Product Development Engineer - Onsite What You Will Do As a Senior Footwear Product Developer, you will: Lead complex footwear development projects from brief to commercialization Translate 2D design renderings into fully realized 3D samples Ensure alignment to performance, design intent, costing, profitability, and sustainability goals Drive product and process excellence across development phases Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables Prepare projects for manufacturing and commercialization readiness Take direct athlete feedback and convert insights into tangible product improvements Lead iteration cycles, analyze performance failures, and implement improvements Create and adjust development timelines based on project needs Champion cost-effective solutions without compromising product integrity This role primarily focuses on revamping and evolving existing footwear models, collaborating across design and development teams to create fresh, unified product expressions. Cross-Functional Collaboration You will work closely with: Footwear Engineering Product Testing Material Design & Development Product Design Product Management Merchandising Sourcing & Operations Overseas manufacturing partners You will serve as a key point of contact for overseas partners, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
