The role demands organizational skills, sharp reading and writing, and the ability to anticipate the daily workload. You will directly in projects, meetings, and priorities, managing calendars and agendas, and directly communicating with existing clients, future clients, architects, engineers, etc.Roles and Responsibilities-Gatekeeping CEO’s daily prioritiesMaintain detailed calendars and activities.Ensure meetings are appropriate time spent, including meeting agendas, summaries, and written follow through.Draft contracts, proposals, spreadsheets, etc. with guidance.Organize internal meetings and team events, holiday gatherings.Assist with both personal and professional errands and scheduling.Location: This position is located in Austin, TX, Headquarters.Compensation: The position is a full-time (40 hours a week) in-office role paid hourly on a semi-monthly payroll. Overtime is applicable when needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, short term disability, 401k with matching, and PTO.Requirements: We are only considering candidates that have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant with a CEO of a company. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.Travel: Must be ok with running errands during business hours as needed.
