Programmer Analyst 3 Location: Lansing MI (2 days per week onsite fromd ay 1) Duration 1 year with further extension Interview Process: Candidates submitted MUST be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews. Top 3 Skills & Years of Experience: • 6+ years of Development Environment Support for Databricks • 5+ years of JIRA • 2+ years of Confluence Job Description: • 8-11 + years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Relies on experience, judgment and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Programmer Analyst 3 as an advanced information technology programmer/analyst and technical resource in the Eligibility Area. • This advanced position provides development environment support, production support, batch jobs support, evaluates possible solutions, develops alternative solutions, recommends technical modifications, and designs, develops, and maintains applications across multiple platforms and experience/understanding of agile processes. • This position will be using Databricks/JIRA/Confluence technologies for Eligibility projects and upgrade technologies as needed. • This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Client Support area that support the Department of Health & Human Services. This may include reports associated with those processes. • This role also includes development of documentation in all areas under their own responsibility, navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes. • This position will help in the support of Eligibility projects related to Databricks/JIRA/DevSecOps/Confluence.
