As the Executive Assistant, you will partner closely with the Owner/Operator to execute the administrative, financial and back-office systems at Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard to grow the business. What will you be responsible for? The objective of this role is to support the Owner/Operator by administrating key business processes, office tasks, and critical systems in a timely and organized way. Some specific responsibilities include: Oversee timely and accurate bill payment and invoicing Maintain key vendor relationships and accounts Strategic creation of weekly shift schedules Organized record of employee requests off and availability Break compliance and team member time punch Office management and organization Confidential and discreet record-keeping Monitor daily sales recognition and cash flow reporting Assist with End Of Month procedures Supports Operator, General Managers, and Directors with all needs of the business Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant (as possible) Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership What Are We Looking For? Commit a minimum of 1 year of employment and development in our organization Availability of a minimum of 30 hours per week, across at least 5 days per week Office management or administrative experience is preferred, but not required Extreme attention to detail, order, and organization Trustworthy character Professional conduct and positive attitude Passion for serving and helping others Strong commitment to growth and development of self Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time, independently Easily adapt to changes that occur in the store and office environment Demonstrates the importance of Chick-fil-A's mission To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive impact on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.
