You will play a critical role in shaping a high-performing workplace at our site. Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will help resolve complex employee relations matters, strengthen leadership capability, and drive consistency in how people practices are applied across the business. Key responsibilities include: Partner with business leaders to address complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and policy application Coach and advise managers on performance and behavior management, employee development, and effective people practices Analyze employee relations trends and data to identify root causes and recommend proactive strategies, programs, and solutions Conduct and manage employee relations investigations, including documentation, communication of status, and preparation of investigation summaries and recommendations Leverage process improvement/lean manufacturing tools and methodology to align with business needs; seek new innovative ways to automate and streamline HR processes. Support recruiting and retention strategy, efforts, and programs. Counsel employees on performance expectations, career development, and workplace concerns Support compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies Collaborate with HR, Legal, Ethics, and business stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues objectively and consistently Qualifications you must have: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or an Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Experience coaching managers and leaders through performance management and employee relations matters Experience conducting employee relations investigations and recommending corrective actions Experience partnering with business leaders without direct supervisory authority Qualifications we prefer: Prior employee relations experience in a manufacturing or highly matrixed environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend practical solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
