Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Job Category: Clinical Location: Edgewood Village, 3124 Colorado Ln, Bismarck, ND 58503, USA As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you'll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care. Responsibilities: Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations Assess current and prospective residents Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications: Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience supervising staff Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired Passion and drive for helping others A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset About Edgewood: Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992.
