Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose urological conditions. Perform surgical interventions, including open and minimally invasive procedures. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop effective treatment plans for patients. Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care. Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in urology. Ensure maintenance of accurate patient records and compliance with healthcare regulations. Contribute to the improvement of healthcare practices through clinical research and feedback. Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Valid medical license to practice in Florida. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Demonstrated experience in urology and surgical techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
