CNA/Home Health Aid Level 1 Position LifeChanges Family Guidance & Wellness Inc.We are hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Home Health Aids and Clinical Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home direct care for our patients residing in Lexington, SC! We are located at: 1404 C West Main Street, Lexington, SC 29072Essential Functions:Working with all ages and disabilitiesProvide direct care to patients under the supervision of the Registered NurseCommunicate with the health care team and family membersAssigned to specific patients and performs Level I services as necessary to maintain quality livingBenefit from one-on-one patient relationships and contribute to the satisfaction of enhancing health, peace of mind, and quality of lifeFollow instructions of RN in charge and companyAssists with essential activities of daily living, including eating, laundry, groceries, mobility, taking out trash, etc. Duties vary on the medical status of the patient.
