Collaborates with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manages the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and orientation. Develops and implements training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of new employees. Evaluates the performance of new hires through regular assessments and feedback sessions. Coordinates the placement of new hires in appropriate roles based on their skills and organizational needs. Monitors staffing metrics and provides regular reports to management on hiring and training outcomes. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures during the hiring and training process. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook [Required] Excellent communicator in all formats [Required] Must have excellent customer service, time management, negotiation skills [Required] Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships [Required] Professional attitude and conduct. Trustworthy and works with discretion. [Required] Ability to consistently communicate up, down and across to ensure alignment of priorities. [Preferred] Ability to lead and inspire teams through complex, challenging and changing consumer climates. [Preferred] Education Associate [Required] Bachelor's [Preferred] High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Field of Study (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field) Work Experience 2+ or more years of experience doing strategy, recruiting, marketing, human resources, talent acquisition, healthcare, business or related field [Required] 4+ or more years of experience doing strategy, recruiting, marketing, human resources, talent acquisition, healthcare, business or related field.
