About the Role: The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient centric care management services for at risk patients in an acute care environment. Responsibilities: Assessment and planning Coordination of care Resource utilization management and/or review Discharge planning Documentation of interventions Regulatory compliance Patient advocacy Qualifications: Associate's degree in nursing degree Bachelor's Degree in any field or nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 2 years Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting At least 1 year Care Management RN experience Pay range and compensation package: Base Salary Range: $135,000 to $186,347 per annum FTE Benefits Relocation Assistance Available (Nationwide) Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
