What You’ll Do Comprehensive audiological evaluations for pediatric and adult patients (including immittance and OAEs) Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, troubleshooting, electroacoustic evaluations, and outcome measurement assessments Establish and maintain patient rapport with excellent interpersonal skills Collaborate closely with ENTs on diagnosis and treatment planning Manage your time effectively to ensure thorough patient care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation Adhere to company policies and procedures What You Bring Master’s in Audiology or Doctorate of Audiology Texas State Audiology License Strong clinical interest and ability to work in a team environment Ability to prioritize and manage high volume of patients Excellent organizational and time management skills Genuine passion for Audiology What We Offer $75k - $85k salary + commission (realistic six-figure earning potential) Health Insurance 401k Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays Licensure support Monday to Friday workweek (No weekends) Freedom to work with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers If you are seeking a role where your clinical expertise is respected, your schedule stays consistently full, and your earning potential reflects your productivity, we encourage you to apply today.
