Facilities Maintenance & Operations Manager

As the working supervisor, you will manage cleaning teams, but you will also be the first line of defense for building maintenance. If a toilet is running, a light ballast is out, or a door handle is loose, you fix it. If the cleaning crew misses a spot, you catch it and coach them.What You Will Do:Manage Quality: Oversee cleaning crews to ensure scope of work is met (inspections, training, and feedback).Preventative Maintenance (PM): Walk the facilities proactively. Check HVAC filters, inspect fire extinguishers, test emergency lights, and identify hazards.Minor Repairs: Perform "Handyman" duties. Change light bulbs/ballasts, patch minor drywall dings, fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, and tighten hardware.Reporting: Use our mobile app to log inspections and maintenance tickets.Who You Are:You are "Handy": You know the difference between a flathead and a Phillips, and you aren't afraid to use them. You have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical (changing fixtures/ballasts), and general building repair.You are a Leader: You can direct a team of cleaners firmly but fairly.You are Proactive: You don't wait for a client to complain that a light is out; you fix it before they notice.Requirements:2+ years' experience in Facilities Maintenance, Superintendence, or Handyman work preferred.Experience managing or leading a team is preferred.Must be comfortable using smartphone apps for reporting.Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. recblid lrtuqmmi0xrtm3gk1lxonn88wh5q4u
