Open Positions - Distribution Center + Call Center General Warehouse Associates | Support all aspects of receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise for customer orders Equipment Operators | Operate machinery to efficiently move, locate, and count merchandise Yard Drivers | Assist operations in an active trailer yard, performing a variety of duties including operating a spotter truck for day to day functions CDL Class A required Call Center + Delivery Schedulers | Support the client care team and client deliveries Morning and Evening shifts available DC Management | Supervisor and Manager roles open with the DC Ops team Day/Night/Weekend shifts available Flexible Work Schedules: 4-Day Shifts (10-hour days): Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 4-Day Night Shifts (10-hour nights): Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM (+ $2/HR Shift Premium) 3-Day Weekend Shifts (12-hour weekends): Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (+ $3/HR Shift Premium) 5-Day Work Schedule (Customer Service + Delivery Scheduling) Delivery Scheduling: 8AM to 4:30PM, 10:30AM to 7PM, 1:30PM to 10:00PM Call Center Customer Service: 11:30AM to 8PM Competitive Pay & Bonus Offer: Equipment Operators: $22.00/hr base, earning up to $25/hr with shift premiums to start General Warehouse Associates: $19/hr base, earning up to $22/hr with shift premiums to start Yard Driver: $TBD based on experience level Customer Service/Delivery Scheduling: $20/hr - $23/hr base, based on position Cycle Counters: $23/hr base, earning up to $26/hr with shift premiums to start Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for Day Shift, $2,000 for Night Shift DISTRIBUTION CENTER ROLES ONLY Benefits That Put You First: Comprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance, and more 401(k) & 529 Plans Paid Time Off & Holidays Employee Discounts Career Pathways: Opportunities for advancement in a growing company We're Looking For You If You: Thrive in a fast-paced environment Are physically fit and able to lift up to 150 lbs Can adapt to changes quickly and easily Are a self-starter with strong initiative Are a team player who works well with others Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and integrity in your work Qualifications: High school diploma/GED 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred Ability to operate equipment at heights (up to 35 feet) Previous customer service and/or high call volume environment experience Previous delivery scheduling and/or routing experience Valid driver's license (preferred)we are not located on a public transport route Basic computer skills and understanding of warehouse practices Ready to Join Arhaus?
