Contact Raymond Stiles 843-574-8233 About the group: 55 years in practice 19 locations - 6 clinics serving 4 counties 500 team members total 3 Adult and Child Psychiatrists, 4 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Psychiatrist Benefits: almost 2 months off per year!! 7 weeks in year 1. 37.5 hour work weeks, with 1 hr of dedicated admin time per day Compensation: $265,000 - $350,000 /yr based on Experience low cost of living VA retirement system, 5% of salary life insurance 2 salary NHSC - loan repayment site, site score 17 About the Psychiatrist role (Adult or Child Psychiatrist) : Location: Lynchburg, VA Role: Psychiatrist Physician - Crisis Management Role Wellness Center that provides a wide variety of clinical services. Both adults and children are offered individualized service options and specializations to meet their unique behavioral health needs. Individuals have access to both in-person and telehealth care Adult and child medication management, nursing assessments, psychological evaluations, specialized outpatient therapy, specialized case management Emergency services, ambulatory crisis stabilization for children, school based services, health information management, and group therapy sessions. Group is seeking a physician to provide outpatient psych services and Crisis Management evaluations Practice runs 9am - 4:30pm M-F 10-12 patients per day - on site 1 hr evals, 20 minute f/u's You will get 1 dedicated RN to support you Two full-time dually licensed FNP/PMHNPs. A provider must be available 24/7, so hours not covered by full-time staff will be on call by CRC NPs and HBH NPS. Psychiatrist schedule is 37.5 hours a week, and can be a combination of days and evenings if preferred by candidate. The psychiatrist will be assessing and treating adults admitted to 23 hour Crisis Stabilization and Residential Crisis and Detox. Adults and children being evaluated under an Emergency Custody Order, and requiring medical clearance for hospital admission will be seen by ES prescreeners, and CRC nursing. MD and NPs may be consulted about these cases, but are not performing the assessment. Typically, the psychiatrist will have one hour for each evaluation, and may see admitted patients again during their admission if needed, for a shorter interview. There will be scheduled treatment planning meetings weekly. Patients admitted to the detox program require a physical exam, which is either performed by the psychiatrist, or signed off on by the psychiatrist in the event that a NP completes the exam. The residential crisis and detox is 16 beds. The 23 hour crisis program can admit up to an additional 16. Contact Raymond Stiles 843-574-8233
