Sanitation Lead

Sanitation Lead Elwood Staffing is looking for a Sanitation Lead team member who performs sanitizing activities on production equipment each day following the production shift that meets USDA/FDA and Sauder's guidelines. Sanitation Lead Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm) Perform sanitizing activities on production equipment each day following production shift that meets USDA guidelines. Perform sanitizing activities in production and storage facilities each day to promote a clean environment. In times when the supervisor may be offsite, the Sanitation Lead will be responsible for: Verifying completion of daily sanitation activities Assigning duties and tasks to other members of sanitation team Preserving integrity of equipment Collecting time cards as needed and delivering to supervisor or HR Dept. Sanitation Lead Qualifications: Good working knowledge in the following areas: General Cleaning Proper PPE usage Sanitizing procedures Safe Chemical Handling Acid/Base Neutralization Procedures Must be able to work safely in areas that may be high traffic areas Applicant may be subject to a background check.
