Job Summary: The Scheduling Support Specialist supports the planning and operations teams by assisting with production scheduling, demand forecasting, and data reporting. This role helps ensure accurate information flow between sales, operations, and supply chain teams to support on-time delivery and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Gain Competitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation pay Continuous training to provide you the opportunity to develop your full potential and be a true business partner Access to an expansive network of mentors and networking opportunities Top quality technology to assist in your daily responsibilities to allow for more efficiencies to deliver outstanding customer service Responsibilities Production Scheduling Support Assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Update Master Production Schedule based on changes in orders, material availability, or capacity Track schedule changes and communicate updates to relevant teams Monitor order status and support efforts to maintain on-time delivery Forecasting & Data Management Support the preparation and maintenance of demand forecasts using historical data and sales input Update forecast files and assist with monthly reporting Track forecast accuracy and compile basic performance metrics Maintain clean and accurate data in ERP/MRP systems Reporting & Administrative Support Generate routine location production reports Create, issue, and post sublet for certain locations Act as main POC for sublet work for certain locations and full sublet jobs that are not done through our locations Prepare spreadsheets and dashboards for leadership review Assist with data analysis to identify trends or potential scheduling risks Maintain organized documentation of schedules, forecasts, and planning files Cross-Functional Coordination Communicate with sales, purchasing, and operations teams regarding order timing and changes Escalate discrepancies or risks to the master scheduler and operations manager Lead planning meetings and document action items Qualifications Position Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in operations, scheduling, data analysis, or administrative support Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, sorting; pivot tables a plus) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Internship or exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments Experience working with ERP or order management systems Familiarity with basic forecasting concepts Pay Range $20-$22
