AP Specialist LHH Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in East Phoenix who is in search of an AP Specialist. This role is fully onsite and responsible for handling full-cycle accounts payable functions while working extensively in SAP. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable supporting a high-volume AP environment. The hourly rate is between $24/hr-$26/hr. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely in SAP Perform invoice matching (2-way/3-way) and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships Ensure proper coding and compliance with company policies Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments Reconcile vendor statements and research variances Support month-end close related to accounts payable Maintain organized and accurate AP records and documentation Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams Qualifications Required: Hands-on SAP accounts payable experience 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Ability to work fully onsite, MondayFriday Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per day Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
