Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation: $30.60-$45.90/hr (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: Days - $10,000 | Nights - $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-caseOverview A 10-bed Neuro Intensive Care Unit in Ocala is seeking experienced Neuro ICU RNs to join a high-acuity, fast-paced environment specializing in complex neurological and critical-care patients. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about neurocritical care, professional growth, and achieving excellent patient outcomes. Strong clinical reasoning and eagerness to learn are highly valued.Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neurocritical care • Perform neurological assessments, reassessments, and continuous monitoring • Complete all procedures and interventions per provider orders with accurate documentation • Administer medications safely and evaluate patient responses • Escalate changes in condition promptly • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-up needs • Support non-pharmacological care strategies, including prevention and lifestyle education • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the Neuro ICUQualifications Required: • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years) • High-acuity experience preferred; strong med-surg backgrounds considered • Associate Degree in Nursing • Active Florida RN license or approved multistate license • BLS within 30 days of hire • ACLS within 90 days of hire Preferred: • Interest or prior experience in neurocritical care and management of complex neurological conditionsCompensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay with night and weekend differentials • Sign-on bonus available for day and night shifts • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with employer match and employee stock purchase plan • Tuition reimbursement, student loan resources, and certification support • PTO, paid family leave, disability coverage, and mental health programs • Additional benefits: pet insurance, identity protection, FSAs, and dependent support programsIdeal For RNs seeking to grow in neurocritical care, nurses transitioning into higher-acuity settings, and individuals who value teamwork and an outcomes-driven ICU environment.
