Project Manager - Capital Programs

This role is onsite and can be located out of the site options listed below and would require 30%+ domestic travel (Example: Depart on a Tuesday, Return on Thursday) Rosemont, IL Nashville, TN Richmond, VA Orlando, FL Position Responsibilities: Develop annual capital and R&M budgets Conduct in-person facility assessments to observe site conditions, ensure routine maintenance on building systems, and evaluate adherence to safety standards Champion the project and facility management process for assigned capital expenditure projects Coordinate Companys Environment, Health, and Safety programs as related to facilities including all Local, State and Federal compliance requirements Monitor and analyze project operations and financials on an ongoing basis to ensure project milestones and budget are met Audit process for compliance with procedures and for opportunities for improvement Devise and prioritize a capital improvement plan for the calendar year, in addition to a five-year forecasted capital plan Work with project constituents to define project needs and goals Review and evaluate project schedule, contract compliance, and quality control Coordinate project completion and turnover with vendors and operations Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and 3 to 5 years of related experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 6 to 8 years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree
